Fleece – Trust Is Better Than Certainty

Gideon needed a sign of certainty in order to believe God was calling him. God doesn't appear upset, rather he complies and gives Gideon all the signs he needs.

What happens when God doesn't give us a sign though? Does that mean we're off base? Or, is certainty not what we need? Perhaps we need faith, trust, hope and love more than certainty.
