Canyon Creek Worship Service - Everything You Need for Sunday
Hi Everyone!
I’m really excited to have my friend JJ come and share with us this Sunday. I met JJ at school and we have done a lot of courses together. One course imparticular was about residential schools and the theological response. It was there that JJ shared his story with us and it brought me to tears. JJ grew up in the Philippines, moved to America, and then to Canada. JJ is in training to become a military chaplain and is just completing his practicum. He will be assigned to a military base, somewhere in Canada, where he will minister to our armed forces. JJ is going to share with us about God and transitions. JJ has had a lot of transitions in his life, and a lot of changes, and he will share with us what he has found about the love of God in these times.
Oh! And we’re plugged in again! So we will have Zoom back and Robb and Melissa will be leading worship!

In-person Sunday School!
We have in-person Sunday School for kids aged 4-12 with our amazing teacher, Alissa! Sunday School will be held after our worship time.
This week in Sunday School we will wrap up our year-long series of going through the whole Bible! We’ll finish talking about all that we learned about God’s story from the New Testament, everything that happened to Jesus, and what it all means. It's been so much fun to look through the big stories in the Bible and set the foundation for our faith, and now we move forward to learning something new about our relationship with God!
