Podcast - Don't Focus on the Family?

Here we read that Jesus expands His definition of family way beyond blood. Then why, in recent history, has the church made being in a nuclear family the pinnacle of the Christian life? In doing so, have we marginalized single individuals, divorced, gay, celibate, and any others that don't fit in the mold of a traditional family? Jesus' words are a good reminder that His family table is longer and wider than we realize.
